02Bulk Order Delivery
For bulk orders and project bills of material, we coordinate packing, shipment batches and delivery timing based on confirmed quotation, proforma invoice and production readiness. Partial shipment may be discussed for multi-category orders.
03Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, destination, logistics route and customs processing. Final lead time and shipping method will be confirmed before order approval.
- Stock products may ship faster after payment confirmation.
- OEM or custom products require production scheduling.

04Customs, Duties & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for destination customs clearance, import duties, taxes, local compliance requirements and related charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. QGreenLink can provide common export documents for shipment coordination.
05Freight Forwarder Coordination
If you have a preferred freight forwarder in China or another logistics partner, our team can coordinate pickup, carton information, packing details and dispatch timing after order confirmation.
06Shipping Support
For project sourcing, customers may send target market, delivery address, expected timeline, packing requirement and shipping preference. Our sales team will help review feasible options and communicate the next step.
